Job Description

  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at required level of quality
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for merchandise and or procurement items for the project
  • Monitor and ensure production timeline and delivery dates are in accordance to project timeline
  • Coordinate program, venues, suppliers and staffing for event requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation (Project planning to Post Event Reports)
