The Intermodal Executive will be responsible for all inland activities relating to customs clearance and transportation.

The incumbent will also be the owner of handling some of the key accounts of our clients to deliver the best end-to-end service for them.
Given the scope, this role will need to closely coordinate cross functionally internally (customer service/warehouse/sales/product) as well as externally (customers/vendors/customs/ports/associations etc..).

• Handle customers’ booking enquiry and confirmation
• Own all solution operations activities relating to customs clearance.
• Handle full customs clearance process (including import/export licence application)
• Apply for tax rebates (eg: Form D, E)
• MACCS system updates
• Arrange for inland transportation across different modes of transport
• Container truck/box truck/barge/rail/air
• Billing matters
• All billing related items to both customers and vendors.
• Creative solution design for optimising customer’s logistics flow.
• Structured reporting for daily job execution and reporting to customer.
• Regular update on profit/loss of all inland jobs under scope.

Keep updated to customs new regulations, import/export rules and market developments

Team player – Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork

• Bachalor Degree 
• Minimally 3 years of working experience in Myanmar logistics and freight forwarding industry with full understanding of end-to-end customs clearance process for various types of commodities across transportation modes (air/land/sea freight).
• Yellow card holder will have advantage.
• Experience of handling transportation.
• Good command of spoken and written English/Myanmar.
• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently
• Customer-centric mindset is required
• Good skill of computer
• Highly meticulous and detailed
• Able to work under pressures and challenging situations
