Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing requests.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and other members of the management team and external partners.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as required.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and distribute, follow up with action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the CEO and the holding company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (Business Administration or Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a holding company or similar environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Ethics and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required.
