ROLE PURPOSE

The successful candidates will be responsible to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Business Banking Officer (CBBO) of the Bank.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and update the calendar includes but not limited to the scheduling and rescheduling appointments, meetings, briefings and trips as necessary.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence, and prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Act as the point of contact for CBBO and facilitate all external and internal contacts and requests arise from various departments within the Bank, branches and customers/ clients.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel and accommodation as and when it needed.
  • Maintain various records and documents includes personal and confidential documents with discrete.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes and action items if needed.
  • File important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters etc.
  • Prepare and draft presentation/ information for internal and external communication.
  • Perform additional and other related duties assigned by CBBO.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years prior experience in executive assistant, secretarial and administration.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Good knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.

Education & Special Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, secretarial studies or other business management discipline.

Languages

  • Sound and effective interpersonal & communication skills in both Myanmar and English languages.
