Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Make joint sales calls together with sales staff, to sell the benefits of DHL Customer Facing IT tools to customers.
  • Assist and guide customers in the setting up of Customer Facing IT tools and customize management reports as required.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting queries and problems on Customer Facing IT tools.
  • Arrange ESS (Electronic Shipping Solution) Tool demonstrations to potential customer, the customer needs for automated tool on the evolving marketplace.
  • Visit to customers on a regular basis to guide satisfaction with the Customer Facing IT products, to ascertain any need for extra training and collect suggestion-for future development.
  • Plan and manage Customer Facing IT tools deployment to ensure achievement of successful development targets.
  • Taking participation of UAT (Users Acceptance Test),  piloting, rolling out of applications as per direction and aligned with regional team.
  • Support on installing required application to internal users as well as troubleshooting and investigating on the reported issue of any application and escalate to relevant regional support/team.
  • To be involved on planning, performing and rolling out of DHL digitization and automation process/project based on requirement of the business as well as direction from the region.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Diploma in Information Technology (preferable or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer support, preferably with experience in Customer Facing IT tools and knowledge of IT
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Excellent software skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Preferable on the understanding of DHL's software system
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written (both English and Myanmar)
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and motivational skills
  • Preferable selling skills
