This position is for Mandalay Location.

  • Entertain walk-in inquiries and assist to resolve their concerns
  • Looks beyond customers’ immediate request and offers other helpful information or assistance.
  • Answer politely phone call inquiries
  • Respond to email inquiries daily
  • Handling Premium payment and Policies Package delivery process
  • Participate in monthly case discussion to identify and implement Continuous Improvement items
  • Possess basic knowledge of all insurance plans, riders, policy provisions and company policies.
  • Ensure all pending cases are properly filed on daily basis. 
  • Match incoming requirements to respective files.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to both Internal / external customers and ensuring that the customer feel support and valued.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage both Internal/ External customers by taking extra mile
  • Looks beyond customers’ immediate request and offers other helpful information or assistance.
  • Work closely with Underwriting Team, New Business Team to make sure all the information is updated and well knowledge
  • Ensure all the information and procedure are in harmony with company’s procedures and in compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines
  • Work closely with Team to review existing processes or identify the area of improvements for requirement to meet customer needs and objectives, resolve problems or improve efficiency.
  • Actively support seminars and other activities sponsored by Manulife.
  • Actively support seminars and others related activities by insurance affiliated

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 24 years Customer service experience
  • Strong Support Skills
  • Strength of character to provide recommendations or communicate issues
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with the team and other departments
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS office applications incl. MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with analytical skills and/or experiences in handling MIS report and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Good in both written/ typing and spoken English and Myanmar
