• Assign jobs, supervise technicians and ensure that all assigned or routine jobs, maintenance, repair and replacement works related with electrical fields are carried out properly
• Regular inspection of building and facilities to ensure building facilities are in satisfactory and serviceable condition
• Conduct checks on installations, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance work on Electrical System, Building Management System, etc.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and plans
• Liaise with contractors on rectification & maintenance work and certify completion of jobs
• Manage and maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents and materials pertaining to the project
• Responsible to look after the repairs, maintenance and performance of specific equipment or a set of equipments
• Provide direction and supervise to supervisors, contractors and daily wages workers
• Survey the completed work volume performed by sub-contractors
• Perform site activities planning to ensure adherence to project timeline
• Perform and report other assignments as requested by Superior

Educational Qualifications required:

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Bachelor Graduate in related field
• Degree level in Electrical or related subject

Experiences, Skills and Knowledge required:

• 10-12 years of relevant work experiences in similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Auto CAD
• Strong organizational, analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Possessing skills in Leadership, team building, communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation and organizing
• Willing to work overtime with high pressure
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
• Required to relocate
