Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Maintain the transformer & 33KV, 11 KV system electrical line in proper condition in housing and sub-station operation.
- Ensure all the electrical cable & lighting are properly maintained.
- Monitor transformer voltage & load recording.
- To take care the transformer areas cleanliness.
- Coordinate with YESC for all electrical matters in housing such as the breakdown of transformer, electrical billing and etc.,
- Maintain all the water meter for individual house in housing and coordinate with municipal for necessities.
- Ensure all the water billing are properly recorded and submit to HO in time.
- Perform other administrative task as assigned by senior management as and when needed.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a supervisory/management role in the engineering field in a Housing/Residence environment.
- Must have supervision skills and customer service skills.
- Prefer sub-station operation and transformer maintenance experience.
- Must have technical troubleshooting skills, technical understanding, and experience of equipment maintenance.
- Must have teamwork spirit and ability to motive and manage staff.
- Able to use Microsoft application, internet, and email.
- Able to speak and write in Myanmar and English.
