• Reviewing the all Legal Agreements, Contracts, NDA and other Legal documents. • Assist in updating the agreements, Terms and Conditions based on given facts.• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract and legal document • Checking the legal document and respective of company, Business and Personal• Prepare the draft version of various kinds of agreements, Sale and Purchase Contract, Service Contract, Contractor Contract Operation Contract and other • Provide Legal Opinion/ review and drafting on corporate contracts, interpretations, dispute claims • Must have knowledge of all basic Law including but not limited to Company Law• Providing Legal Advice and Guideline for the relevant Department• Understanding Myanmar Law Rule, Regulation and procedure• To Draft monitor report and update new law and regulation to the Management.• Conducting legal data research and analyzing legal data and interpret

• Minimum (3) years’ working experience in related field• Must have lawyer Licence• Knowledge about Myanmar Law and related Legal works• Fluent in English in spoken and written• Able to work in a team and independently• Self-motivated and committed to self- improvement• Perform other duties as assigned
