Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to assure effective and smooth staff communications and designation of work.
Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
By implementing preventative maintenance program of the building and organize incoming and outgoing inspection and reports directly to main company
Develop preventative maintenance policies, property policies and rules.

Job Requirements

Relevant working experience at a senior level for more than 5 years or similar customer service in hotel or any real estate background on building management
Understanding of sales activities, marketing and knowledges on contracts and agreements
Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
Excellent English language – both written and spoken.
Computer literate & able to prepare and file written reports in proficiency of MS Office
Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
