- to provide administrative service including diary management, booking meeting, planning events.
- to work closely with the MD assistant and Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence of the MD's office as and when required.
- to Coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the HOD meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
- to produce reports an follow up on the other department.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
- to provide administrative support to the MD in the follow up and completion of departmental work plans.
- Memos and following up on MD requests.

- Any graduated
- two or three years working ecperience
- other responsibilities:
To Comply with all policies, procedure, legal and regulatory requirements.
To hold a vaild passport and be willing and able to travel extensively and at short notice.
The flexibility to work additional / out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.
