Job Description

Dealing with correspondence and phone call for daily functions

Ensuring that the weekly reports are sent on time

Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments often controlling access to the manager/executive

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Managing databases and filing systems

Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Translation a variety of documents including office memo, meeting minute, legal, research and commercial issues

Job Requirements

Any Graduate

Any graduate, Diploma or certification in Secretarial Course would be considered an advantage

At least 3 years working experience as Personal Assistant to top management position

Proficiency in English language

Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and Microsoft applications especially in Excel

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Discretion and confidentiality
