Job Description

1. Responsible to handle the procurement function which will be inclusive of civil insfrastructure related materiamaterial specification checking, negotiation and purchase.

2. Will be responsible for identifying the vendors & suppliers.

3. Ensuring for the allocations of the vendor, the process documentation and end to end coordination.

4. Will be responsible to handle the purchase orders, service orders and records related to material & vendors etc

5. Ensure for the effective process and support from Procurment function to the project team in terms of material, vendors and documentation 

6. Preparing the records and MIS.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: B.E (Civil) 
  • Experience: Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement / Purchase, Vendor Management in Telecom Infrastructure / Telecom Tower Industry / Civil / Construction Industry
  • Should have experience in Market, Material-product, Power Grid Inst., Transformers, Prices of material, Vendor, Negotiation etc.
  • Demonstrated abilities in addressing operational issues, , Exp. resolving performance bottlenecks and achieving desired objectives of any organization
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Proficient computer literacy should have a good knowledge of work sheet, preparation of documentations, Internet, etc.
