An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Check the payment due date.
  • Prepare the payment for each payment cycle.
  • Ensure to pay the Estate Payment in Time.
  • Coordinate with Team members for payment issues.
  • Answer landlord’s inquiries regarding the payments.
  • Keep and update the payment tracker.
  • Work closely with Finance Team.
  • Pay the commercial Taxes.
  • Support for stamping of lease agreements.
  • Other suitable jobs assigned by the management if required.

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree Holder
  • Minimum Two (2) year working experience in payment.
  • Must be meticulous and good in data handling.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to communicate well insides and outsides of the company.
  • Advance excel skills.
  • Knowledge in Payment and Commercial Taxes
