Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the security for a client site under the direct supervisor of EXERA OPERATION CELL and overall supervision by the Head of Office in YANGON and close collaboration with CLIENT SITE SECURITY RESPONSIBLE.
• Oversee the security organizations of the site.
• Be responsible to EXERA Management for the daily good order and management of the security organization.
• Create a monthly guarding schedule on weekly bases.
• Ensure the good conduct and punctuality of the security organization.
• Ensure compliance according to Exera’s Universal Guard Orders.
• Suggest amendment to the SSMP as required.
• Make recommendations for the continuous improvement of the security organization.
• Monitor daily the appliance of the rules on both sites.
• Conduct as required control check and rehearsal.
• Supervise and coach Guards as appropriate on site to improve permanently the tenue of the different Log book (Visitors/Events/ Disciptine)
• Manage efficient the personal and suggest appropriate disciplinary measure if needed.
• Submit yearly performance evaluations for all eligible guards and guard commander.
• Serve as routine communication contact between CLIENT and Exera and all things necessary for correct implementation of the SSMP.
• Is the local Warrant of the reputation and image of EXERA and act swiftly accordingly, if necessary.
• Provide regular feedback and response to EXERA OPERATION CELL on their concern via feedback letter meeting or home visit (verbal).

Candidate Requirement

You will need

• Medium-advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, E-mails and the Internet.
• Autonomous et able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
• Management and leadership skills mandatory in security fields preferable.
• Security knowledge or Ex-army-forces is an asset.
• Strong English community skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience utilizing computers including word processing, spreadsheet is an asset.
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience utilizing computers including word processing, spreadsheet is an asset.
• Strong and proven human leadership and discipline skills are mandatory.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience supervising and evaluating the staff with the ability to lead and motivate other.
• Previous working experience in security or military related fields.
• Willingness to travel within Yangon and on some occasions work during weekend.
• Any degree but security management/Policing/etc. or Physical Security Courses to Level 3/4 standard are preferred.
• Excellent personal organizational skills including time management and ability to work under pressure.
