Attendance and participation at weekly F & B meeting and Department Head meeting
Daily check to Food Court area & selling menu
To check in menu planning and pricing
Preparation of Sales Promotions & Mailings
Development and maintenance of all department control procedures
Check Job Assignment for F&B staffs before start working
Check sales transaction data
Maintain bar inventory for functions, including opening and closing inventories, accurate bar summaries and cash deposits are prepared
Ensure the maintenance of bar control policies
Ensure and lead make checking and follow for all daily/weekly/monthly plan and check list
Check all daily sales amount and stock transaction report

Job Requirements

At least 1-year experience in related field
Analysis, Customer Service and selling skill, Detail Job Handling
Planning, Teamwork, Influence Others, Communication, Follow Up
Good at Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
Must have a complete knowledge Procedures (fire procedures, restaurant procedures, etc)
Understanding FPD, SOP, FRM and Document Numbering System
Need to understand all F&B section operation
