Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Lead a team of designer review the structural, architectural drawings and prepare detailed engineering drawings for aluminium and glazing works

• Responsible to provide tender drawings, shop drawings, and details of materials to be used for the building facades material order list.

• Responsible to provide fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders and material indents.

• Make sure that structural checks done for all the related details (ie. aluminium , glass, brackets etc)

 

Skills & Proficiencies:

  • Practical design or technical experience in construction/facade industry
  • Ideally hold a diploma or degree in civil engineering or architecture (or similar)
  • Ability to research and evaluate materials and system options to keep knowledge up-to-date.
  • The ability to identify risk and offer practical solutions.
  • Practical experience in coordinating work of designers, consultants, engineers and/or architects to deliver final design according to project programme is of advantage
  • Come from a facade background
  • Be a team player
  • Be ambitious, career driven and have an eye for detail
  • Be enthusiastic and have a committed attitude at all times.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in façade design industry.
• Must be proficient with the relevant design software programs
