An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Transfer Data from paper formats into computer filess or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
  • Type in data provided directly from customers
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  • Communicate with driver and assign them correctly
  • Communicate with cross team for logistics assignment

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in MS office suite (Word, excel, Powerpoint and posses strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
  • A minimum of 2 years in working experience in data entry field
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Ability to multitask and work without is required direct supervision
  • Over time and weekend work is required in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel ouside of sity
