- Supervise maintenance team and repair of facilities and equipment
- Routinely inspect Myanmar Net stores and office building facilities
- Deal with emergencies as they arise
- Help with office relocations
- Drafting maintenance reports
- Obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers
- Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
- Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met
- Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures

Job Requirements
- Any graduate (Engineering field preferred)
- Must be able to multitasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel)
- Must have minimum 2 year of management experience in building maintenance field (or) Facility field
- Must have M&E knowledge
- Good interpersonal skill, active and willing to learn
- Must have team spirit and good attitude (Mandatory)
- Good Communication skill with cross team
