Job Description

  • Plan and monitor all installations such as mechanical, electrical, telecommunications and refurbishments, make sure to meet health and safety standards and operation efficiency.
  • Prepare engineering handbook including all procedures and regulations for tenant fit-outs and issue to all related parities such as contractors and tenants.  
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize cost.
  • Produce procedures how to control maintenance and save energy related with building management system.
  • Produce procedures how to use the equipment and encourage reviewing the system repair time.
  • Inspect and monitor buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs and renovations.
  • Monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance on routine operation works and contractors’ services.
  • Make conclusion on defect and repair work report and take action accordingly.
  • Supervise all maintenance staff and external contractors.
  • Responsible for soft services (both in-house and outsourced) such as cleaning, security, landscaping, carparking and etc.
  • Ensures that organization complies with relevant laws, policies, codes and regulations such as YCDC, Fires and etc.
  • Maintain the good relationship with management team/owner, tenants, and relevant local authorities.
  • Hire, train necessary staff and ensure all of the human resources requirements are aligned with the business needs.
  • Take performance measures to improve facilities maintenance for the buildings.
  • Assist all other work-related tasks to Property Manager as required.

  • Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
  • 7 years experiences in Building Management System/ Managing Engineering & Facilities in Office Towers
