  • Responsible for the overall Production/Maintenance.
  • Maintaining good relationship in the plant team & safety of employees & assets of the organization.
  • Looking overall plant cost & Profitability.
  • Good Manage in Production planning & Implementation
  • Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product
  • Mush have good communication skill to Subordinates and other related persons.
  • Mush Have  minimum eight  years experiences to Factory Management Field in Manufacturing factories
  • Preferred the experience in Polybag manufacturing 
  • Production Management experience preferred but not mandatory, welcome to the person who have excellent managerial skill and analytical skill.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Job Requirements

  • Able to use Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Age Between 35 and 50.
  • Any Graduate (More prefer Certificate/ Diploma related to Management or Production and Operation Management)
  • Experienced at least 8 years in related field .
  • Can lead an motivate the production team to get Quality and Quantity target.
  • Must have performed to ensure that work place safety and Food Safety standards.
  • Must have performed to ensure that to minimize one unit cost of out puts.
