  • Meet and greet in every single of guest. Solve the problem immediately.
  • Take the owner ship in guest concern.
  • Observe and record the guest’s needs.
  • Recognize every single of guest
  • Know were the right procedures and duties in the operation.
  • Good enough of the knowledge of service operation sequence.
  • Solve the problems and report them to the manager.
  • Good knowledge of products (food and beverage).
  • Making the staff station assigned.
  • Dealing between the kitchen and restaurant.
  • Make sure the cleanliness and maintains the schedule for working area.
  • Following up and understanding the hotel policies “rules and regulations”.
  • Train the staff to improve in service skill.
  • Follow up the opening and closing the checklist of restaurant and bar.
  • Check the stock of the service station.
  • Check the standard set up and mise en place before the operation.
  • Greet and seat the guest if necessary.
  • Take the order from the guest if necessary.
  • Present the bill to the guest if necessary.
  • Take the reservation.
  • Proper answering phone calls in polite manner.
  • Clear table, set up the table and serve the guest if necessary.
  • Make a team among the staff and offer to help.
  • Check the staff performance in daily basic.
  • Check the staff’s personal grooming and hygiene on daily basic.
  • Take the action to the guest requests immediately.
  • Solve the guests' complaints immediately.
  • Check with the proper set up and mise en place before the shift.
  • Conduct the briefing if the manager is not around.
  • Check all of the stock items.
  • Up selling (suggestive selling).
  • Attend the meeting if necessary.
  • Maintain the quality of the service by conducting the knowledge and skill training.
  • Assist the food and beverage manager at all times.
  • Understand and follow the establishment policies as well as correction to the staff.
  • Maintain and enhance the teamwork.
  • Control and reduce the high waste (for Cost Saving)
  • Re using the things. Recycle.
  • Control the damages. Control the spoilage.
  • Clean the operation area and around at all times.
  • Communication with the other departments in positive manner
