  • Field Activation Team leader to manage all the projects assigned by AFAM, supervise, and accomplished as schedule plan.

  • Coordinate with relevant APDM team, brand team, sales team & branch in charge to achieve 100% project completion with good result.

  • Drive area all the team member to achieve KPI.

  • Build the team to be more skillful and giving both on field training.

  • Implement all activation effectively as guided by AFAM
  • Prepare detail and allocate work plan for the area team members
  •  
  • Supervising to relevant area team and expense control & management.
  • Accountable for relevant area projects result and KPI.
  • Daily check and data gathering for each members projects work done.
  • Ensure good skill & quality control of the field team work.
  • Manage all related documentation
  • Weekly & Monthly Reporting
    • projects completion & feedback
    • competitor movement & new opportunities for brand

  • Graduate with Minimum 5 years of Activation & Merchandising Experience
  • Minimum more than 1 year experience in team Management
  • Able to do long business travel
  • Passion in marketing and working on field
  • Budget & Cost Management
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Problem solving skill
  • Information management
