An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Provides oversight for all phases of company-wide heavy equipment operator training.

Essential Duties:

Develop, administer, and lead heavy equipment operator training programs.
Train employees & customers’ operators in safe and proper methods of heavy equipment operations.
Follow-up with customers in the field who have received training to monitor learning retention levels.
Analyze training programs/software.
All other duties as assigned by aftersales head.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree (or) Bachelor of Engineering.
Ages between 20~45 years old.
5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience on various types of heavy equipment (i.e., Excavator, Backhoe Loader, Telehandler, Compactor, etc.)
Experience in developing, administering, and leading heavy equipment operator training programs.
At least 5+ years of experience in generators/engine and heavy machinery industry.
Willing to travel to jobsites to deliver training and evaluate heavy equipment operators’ performance.
Team player with self-confidence and professional appearance.
Training certifications on heavy equipment operations.
Communicate effectively, has strong initiative and ability to work under pressure.
Travel required 70%.
