Main responsibility is Merchant Acquisition and Merchant Management.
Responsible to hit monthly/quarterly/annual sales /revenue/New Acquisition targets.
Merchant selection and appointments as per guidelines and scheduling
Merchant registration and verification as per MFS regulatory standards
Monitor and provide guidance to Merchants to achieve sales and service targets
Competition tracking and market feedback.
Ensuring various SLA and KPIs with Merchants are met
Support immediate Line Manager in planning and estimation of merchandising items, execution at Merchant level
Support immediate Line Manager for Merchant engagement activities
Ensure timely communication of schemes and understanding of the same to Merchants
Coordination with MFS Ops team for Merchant onboarding
Be accountable for other works as assigned from immediate Line Manager
Preferably, Familiar with Merchant environment, dealers and channel management
Ability to implement business strategies that grow sales & margins and manage key business metrics.
