Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To prepare  and update monthly sales strategic reports for commercial team alignment, do analysis and suggest actions  
  • Coordinating among distributors, Sales Team and Supply Chain to ensure stock planning and stock management 
  • To prepare monthly sales strategic analysis and update reports for commercial team alignment and actions                           
  • Prepare & update Distributor sales analysis reports and Trade Price Lists
  • Monthly Business Planning- Own the DF and Forecast reports-  Act as key contact for sales team regarding financial and expense reporting  
  • Monitor stock level at distributor's warehouses & branches and give insight to sales team and supply chain for necessary action 
  • Work alongside with Sales Leadership Team to define quarterly objectives, starndardize business reporting and create dashboards for FSEs
  • Increase sales productivity by simplyfying processes and implementing sales automation tools:
  • Manage metrix/ analytic tools to help sales leaders make data-backed-business decisions, and Improve sales process through the implementation of better measurement and execution
  • Conducting competitor research and maintaining a library of competitor information- and working with CCSD on the tracking of sales and feednback of these activities
  • Prepare sell-in planning & do analysis to proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine run faster
