· Focus on reconnection with clients & build the stronger relationship in order to keep up with the repayment, re-disbursement, to offer other services such as saving, etc.
· Using tools to discuss & Negotiation with clients in order to restructure, rescheduling to reach operational budget goals.
· Willingness to take over accounts and try to meet & access those clients & update the status accordingly
· Monitoring and Recovery: The FSO is fully responsible for his/her loan portfolio and has to ensure punctual repayments by monitoring loans with the MFI’s software and contacting and visiting clients. In case of late payments, the FSO has to take immediate measures, including contacting client and guarantors, on-site visits and assisting in any legal procedures until full repayment of the loan.
· Data Filling: Filling the Client related loan information and attached necessary documents photos into the Musoni Tablet system for recording to use the Hayman Capital’s products properly. Checking and review all information are accurate into the system, ensuring which are clear and full information before making loan contract.
· Conducting loan analyses by visiting the business and household of clients, visiting the business/employer of guarantors and preparing a complete loan assessment according to the MFI’s credit procedures;
