Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare annual budgets and donor budgets.
  • Manage monthly accounts closing process including bank reconciliations and analysis of related accounting ratio.
  • Prepare FRD and donor reports as per the necessary.
  • Coordinate the organization’s annual audit with the independent auditors.
  • Supervise and/or educate accounts team for standard reporting
  • Review all the documents to be in line with donor reporting.
  • Support to Head of Finance as direct line manager of this position.
  • Manage day to day finance and accounts works
  • Coordinate the organization’s annual audit with the independent auditors and donor audits.
  • Supervise and/or educate accounts team for standard reporting.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
  • Adapt and support to achieve the mission in terms of the social performance management objectives as well as the financial performance through its high valued workforce

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree holder with Professional accounting degree with CPA/ ACCA
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in financial /banking sector /International Non Goverment Organization.  .
  • A strong experience in working with partners, local/government authorities.
  • Proven working experience in microfinance company is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal skill and adaptive with multi-cultural work environment
  • Prefer female candidates.
