A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Daily Cash Book Entry, Analysis & Report to Department Head.
  • Daily monitoring and following up for all outlets Cash in hand & bank transfer.
  • Daily Branch cash in hand and bank transfer report.
  • Supplier Cheque payment checking with register.
  • DR and DP checking with products before payment.
  • Checking original invoice for suppliers payment and request form.
  • Able to work trading and exchanging foreign currencies such as USD, THB, GBP.
  • Assisting for Budget preparation and keep in touch with HO which is assigned by Department Head.
  • To prepare and check weekly  & monthly report for cash & bank balance.
  • Must be able to work for all banking related duties.
  • Need inform to suppliers payment with mail.
  • To assist IRD tax process such as like Form 31/32/33 by monthly & quarterly.
  • Monthly report cash & bank balance to HO.
  • Bank interest working.
  • To prepare indents working.
  • Keeping good relation with account department for daily cash transactions and negotiable for any matter.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Must hold Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountancy (must be LCCI Level 3 & prefer to ACCA)
  • Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience.
  • Full working knowledge of all relevant financial work.
