-Oversee AP daily operations and guide a team of AP staff.
-Ensure timely month-end/year-end closing.
-Ensure timely payment to suppliers and compliance with company policy.
-Ensure controls are in place when processing invoices, transactions and supplier reconciliations are performed.
-Review and provide reports on monthly accruals, recurring expenses and other expenses.
-Maintain and update necessary details of PO approval process/ suppliers and employees to ensure accurate approval and coordinate with treasury team to arrange payment on time.
-Prepare require documents and summary list for internal and external audit.
-Assist in reviewing or preparing ad-hoc related reports.

Job Requirements
-Degree in Accountancy with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
-Strong leadership, people management and organizational skills.
-Ability to work in a fast pace environment and is meticulous. Hands-on experiences to resolve issues.
-Experience with any accounting software.
-Good interpersonal communication skills.
