Job Description

Appropriate Business Planning and help in decision making processes to ensure that business is financially successful.
Manage and develop all the accounting functions and liaise with all the related internal/ external contacts.
Develop and maintain financial systems in accordance with the Company's Business Plan
Plans, directs, and controls accounting and financial operations
Managing the budget forecasting future income and expenses, creating budgets and balance sheets, and ensuring that spending is within budget limits.
Establishes budgets, forecasts future cash flows, provides periodic financial analysis
Oversees all financial transactions, including issuing payments, collecting debts, and investing money.
Preparing financial reports provide an overview of the company's financial status and performance. They are used to make critical business decisions, assess risk, and secure financing.
Prepares reports and documents covering accounting transactions for top management and BOD review
Identify the future operational improvements based on current situation and design the proposal (policy, procedures and process, etc.) to control internally and externally.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
CPA (or) ACCA Part (II) (or) Master in Financial Management.
Must be complete Diploma in IFRS
Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices and finance principles.
At least "8" years experiences in Accounting and financial Management field.
Understand the business model, detect and prepare to relevant risk or potential conflicts.
Solid understanding of financial statics and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Proficient in English
