Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations for all sites under their respective BU including warehouse financial controls procedures (e.g. inventory issuance form for issue to production line, sites bookkeeping format-cash, accounting, warehouse, inventory)
  • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries. See through the analysis, asking questions to purchaser/factory-site in charge /Production head etc.
  • Handle full set of financial accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecast, budgeting 
  • Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
  • Review the intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements
  • Reconciliation of Intercompany balances
  • Prepare of cash flow statement for the Month end Reports
  • Manage the Annual Tax clearance
  • Produce financial reports on time related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reporting for submission to MD & CFO
  • Daily Financial Report to Managing Directors and CFO with We Chat Group/email
  • Daily Sale Report to Sale Team, GM, MD, CFO with We Chat Group /email
  • Liaison with auditors and closure of financial audit
  • Other financial management duties assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting field or Business Administration
  • Prefer CPA / ACCA affiliate candidates
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications and computerized accounting software
  • Sufficient related financial experience
  • Minimum 10 year relevant experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
