-Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.

-Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.

-Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.

-Evaluate computerized accounting systems/ Excel and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements if appointed the IT Team.

-Generate financial reports and statements to relevant Management for review.

-Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.

-Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.

-Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely Modeling.

-Provide guidance to the team members when needed.

-Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.

-Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations for the tax affairs

-Monitor and record financial transactions according to company SOP, policies and regulations.

-Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.

-To manage the financial matters and need to report of the monthly final report to the management

-TT transfer matters

-Other assign duties by the management as necessary

Job Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in Finance, accounting, business administration or related field. CPA or other advantage degree preferred.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in trading or service organizations

-Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. Excellent communication skills, leadership and management skills.

-Knowledge of MYOB accounting software
