Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
Must be accurate, has a high attention to details, integrity and endurance with high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
Produce periodic reports on the performance of business initiatives and adherence to budgets.
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Manage, guide and lead members to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.

Job Requirements

At Least 10 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager.
Proficient user of finance software.
Be a graduate with B Com, or any graduate with ACCA Part 3 (more preferfable CPA)
Office skill and Knowledge of ERP Software.
Excellent analytical and reproting skills.
Strong Understanding of accounting theory.
Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
Needs to have the personality of proactive,not the reactive
Good knowledge of local accounting and tax requirements
Good planning skills,target oriented and detail minded with strong sense of challenging spirit.
Team Spirit and Business ethics.
Strong interpersonal,communication,reporting and presentation skills.
