Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations of the company, such as payroll, invoicing, expenses, debt collection, purchase control and payment and other transactions
  • Ensure compliance with tax and other financial regulations and legislation in Myanmar,
  • Manage the Annual Tax clearance
  • Safeguard the assets of the company and manage related risks including maintenance of insurance
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making, including cash flow forecasts, monthly management accounts, annual reports, budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinate with other departments such as HR, Operation and sales
  • Develop the long-term business plans based on these reports
  • Review, monitor and manage the budgets
  • Produce financial reports on time related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and report directly to BOD
  • Stay up to date with accounting practice, rules and regulations and relevant software system

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experiences in a related field.
  • Good command of Written and spoken English is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage, guide and lead members to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
  • Good knowledge of Local accounting and tax requirements.
  • Good planning skills, target oriented and detail minded with strong sense of challenging spirit
  • Team Spirit and Business ethics.
