Responsibilities;
• Check receipts and payment vouchers and approve to proceed
• Check the report of daily cash & Bank flow with receipts and payment vouchers to accuracy
• Check the general ledger to reassure for classification of account code, job code and transaction amount
• Check and verify detail schedule of monthly journal vouchers for necessary accounting treatment
• Check and review monthly financial report
• Confirm project contract register to check job completion payment against with contract sum
• Maintain performance guarantee register for those of project contract as per external audit suggestions
• Reassure monthly ongoing project contract as their job status and their payment against with project contract sum, term and conditions
• Prepare revenue & cost report for construction contract
• Prepare commercial tax report quarterly for filing to IRD
• Prepare proforma financial statement as ad hoc work requested by CFO requirement
• Prepare budget financial statement for high level analytical requested by CFO
• Prepare budgeted statement of cash flow for the budgeted period
• Prepare investment appraisal for individual planned and upcoming project
• Prepare annual commercial tax report for annual filing to IRD
• Prepare annual corporate income tax report for annual filing to IRD
• Attend to settle tax clearance matter with tax officers
• Liaise with Internal audit team and external audit team to assist for audit process
• Prepare bank confirmation, AP & AR confirmation and Related party confirmation for half year review report and year end audit report
• Prepare financial statement in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for half year Interim report

Requirements;
• Proven experience as a financial manager over 5 years.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and business Acumen.
• Proficient user of finance software and SAP/ERP system.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA will be consider a plus.
• Strong public speaking skills excellent English Skills
