An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Implement and maintain Sarbanes Oxley (Sox) framework in coordination with Regional Controller, Internal Audit and other key partners.
Oversee Accounting and Financial Controls framework and policies to enhance cost management and responsible financial stewardship
Support the coordination of activities to ensure compliance with Global tax and regulatory requirements.
Having accountability for the overall Finance and Accounting functions, with the goal of optimizing the fiscal health of the business
Leading Strategic and Annual Operating Plan process for Myanmar.
Lead alignment between Finance, the Commercial, the Manufacturing and other functions to ensure that integrated business planning process (IBP) is efficient and effective.
Build, sustain and engage a high-functioning and efficient Finance organization
Together with the Regional Controller, ensure compliance with taxes, laws internal and external regulations across the business, cooperate with Corp Tax and Legal Departments and outside professionals as required.
Together with regional FP&A function, driving a process mindset in Finance, building an efficient, effective and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and analysis that help to support insightful decision making.
Taking a leadership role in a variety of key growth or productivity initiatives– for example, leading the preparation of any pertinent asset optimization analyses, introduction of new products and/or review and approval of key capital spending requests.

Job Requirements

Proven ability to develop and translate broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.
Degree in finance or business. MBA and/or relevant Finance qualification will be a strong added advantage
Strong knowledge in Oversea and Myanmar legislative and compliance environment, in particular accounting standards.
Ability to set and pursue aggressive goals, drive for results and demonstrate a strong commitment to organizational success.
Minimum of 10 years of business experience ideally with breadth across finance, planning, strategy and accounting in a MNC company.
Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and hands-on analytical capability. Able to use financial analysis to evaluate and drive shareholder value as well as business decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Ability to write clearly and persuasively, create powerful presentations, and speak articulately.Fluent in English.Fluent in Myanmar will have an advantage but is not a must.
