The Finance Manager will demonstrate their financial leadership, showing initiative, innovation and business approach to the financial dealings of the organisation. The position is responsible for the overall finance functions of the organisation, including management reporting, audit support, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. The position is also responsible to oversee improvement of financially related internal controls and processes across the wider organisation and to support the operations through effective management of suppliers.

Details and additional responsibility include in job

• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analysing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the organisation.

• Oversee the operations and development of the organisation’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the organisation’s finances.

• Supervise the documentation of the organisation’s financial status and forecasts.

• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.

Job Requirements

• Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation

• 5- or 6-years’ previous work experience in another finical role

• CPA or ACCA or equivalent

• Need to be familiar with local taxation regulations

• Analytical skills

• Attention to detail

• Interpersonal skills

• Negotiation skills
