• Perform account closing process, financial statement preparation, data summarization and review of completeness.

•Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

• Prepare data in worksheets by co-operation with related sales, logistic, product and marketing staffs to draft rolling Quarterly forecast and annual budget.

• Review and verify that monthly statutory reports and related documents

• Oversee operation of the Finance Department & day-to-day accounting operations

• Run the monthly cost forecasts and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated time

• Supervise subordinate on daily and monthly routine works to accurately prepare reports and well maintain up to accounting record in ERP system.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports with supplementary within timetable.

• Bachelor degree or Higher Degree in Accounting & Finance

• Several years of experience in both leadership and budget, forecasting and reporting roles

• Preferable who have experienced with manufacturing accounting & multi-national company.

• Proficient user of finance software. Preferable AS400, SAP Package.

• Good Command of English Communication skill is required

• Must have minimum at least 3 years as an Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager
