• Follow up to Head quarter for logistic importation expenses (custom duty, license and earning process)• Check and monitor for reconcile transaction pending in system• Prepare and monitor to update Supplier Budget, Cash budget, Advance pending, announce to BU internal regularly• Monitor and prepare for BU cash budget proposal to reduce the variance• Debit note prepare for marketing expenses and AP confirmation with supplier and Corporate AP team• KPI data checking and review for accuracy (AR status & NRC collection, NPBT, Income & operation expense ratio, PLM achievement Cash Flow, inventory turnover,revenue comparison with target)• Checking & Prepare financial report analysis and summarizing to CFO Division and GM ((income statement, Balance Sheet, cash flow)• Lead KPI review meeting with team and effective solution discussion for red achievement, participate in CEO KP
