  • Responsible for supporting timely and accurate financial reporting and communication between partner companies 
  • Working closely with external consultants, external auditors, related departments within the organization, and partner companies’ major shareholders, 
  • Responsible for supporting periodical reporting and review of its financial results in accordance with related internal policies
  • In collaboration with finance team and partner companies’ finance team, support monitoring partner companies’ internal financial controls, financial planning/budgeting processes, and financial risk management
  • Working closely with main company’s finance team, external IFRS consultants and related departments within the organization, develop and implement internal policies and operational procedures in compliance with group accounting policies 
  • Continuously research on new IFRS developments and periodically review and update of the internal accounting policies and operational procedures in order to maintain the alignment with IFRS
  • Liaise with external auditors and submit the audited group reporting package prepared under IFRS to main company’s Finance team on time
  • Support main company’s group internal audit
  • Ad hoc management reports required from BoD, major shareholder and banks
  • Other tasks on Finance/Accounting assigned by main company’s Financial Controller, Country Representatives and the Operations team

Job Requirements

  • B.Com/M.Com/CPA/ACCA or advanced degree in accounting, business , finance or related field, MBA in Finance is preferred
  • At least 5-year experience in financial audit and/or financial accounting and reporting role (professional audit/accounting firms, accounting consulting, etc.) at financial service industry
  • IFRS knowledge is a must
  • Strong skills and knowledge in Accounting and Finance Theories
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
  • Ability to teamwork with various stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to travel
