Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Finance Team Manager to lead the entire team
  • Responsible for counter check of accounting process & financial daily activites including new bank reconcilation between bank statement and financial recoreds the payment, relevant internal system (SAP, CPS, etc) to check and review relevant reports (financial statements (PL/BS/CF,etc)
  • To communicate with relevant teams (JO finance division, other team's PIC, internal audit,etc)
  • To instruct & supervise & motivate team members to their skills development and effective team work to perform effectively as an entire team. Efficient resource management is required
  • To analyze the internal operational procedure (related to the finance team) and improve the process
  • If there any new project, provide the budgetary control of costs & benefits (return on the new project result) in advance (estimated). Avoids any previous problem when starting new project and meet the timeline
  • Capability of considering appropriate accounting procedure based on MPT Money's business situation & transactions
  • Smooth & timely payment to external parties with strong monitoring and tracking the progress of initiators and approver's actions
  • Negotiation with Banks & Finance Department and relevant internal & external parties for smooth daily operations
  • Data analysis on revenue & cost performance
    • Problem solving within internal & external environment

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Accounting skill
  • General Tax related skill is preferred Analytical Ability
  • Understanding of Financial Report and Bank Reconcilation Report
  • Negotiation ability 
  • Accuracy & Punctuality
  • Managerial skill (team management)
  • Teamwork & collaboration skill with relevant teams, management and external parties
  • Adaptablity & critical thinking skill
  • Powerpoint Presentation skill, dashboard, so on
  • Accounting & financial knowledge in minimum 5 years experience
  • Manager level experience (to lead 3 members at least) in minimum 2 years
  • (Preferred, not mandatory) the experience to interact with internal audit & external audit
  • (Preferred, not mandatory) the experience in financial services
