Role and Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for the sales of life insurance products to Customers in partner branches (Bank or Non-Bank).

• Engage end to end Customer service including Customer needs identification, solution, recommendations, application fulfillment and follow up on delivery of the welcome kit. 
• Establish effective working relationships with other teams within the partner staff (Bank or Non-Bank)
• Work closely with Banca Sales Manager/Partner Sales Manager and the partner staff (Bank or Non-Bank) to organize and execute public campaigns to promote insurance awareness and sales events and activities
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets assigned by the Company.
• Provide best Customer service and maintain Customer relationships (servicing, claims, complaints, etc.)
• Report to the Banca Sales Manager/Partner Sales Manager daily regarding the number of sales leads received from staff (Bank or Non-Bank), self-leads generation and the number of policies sold. Report all daily sales activities and complete all relevant MIS information as required by Bancassurance Sales Manager/Partner Sales Manager
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the Company and  partner (Bank or Non-Bank)
• Visit Customers outside the office as requested by the bank or non-bank, Customer or BSM/PSM for sales related activities and Customer service requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field 
• Age between 20 to 28 years old
• Experience in a retail, Customer service or sales environment preferably in Financial services sector
• Good communication skills & patience

An insurance license holder is preferable.
