-Responsible for formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives in terms of finance.-Undertake all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting for development group, financial reporting, modelling, budgeting and forecasting.-Develop for equity financing through preparing the documents, submitting them to bank or investors to see our company’s confidence.-Initiate or develop financial policy internally in order for every transaction to be systematic and smooth.-Coordinate with the consultants in making due diligence when it is needed for business evaluations such as finance/tax and asset management.-Prepare the documents to submit investment proposal, making presentation at MIC and receiving the permits in coordination with public relations.-Do any ad-hoc word related assignments given by Management Team.

Skills-Financial Modelling / Planning / AnalysisKnowledge-Capital Investment / Capital Financing-Import/export procedures, international banking process-Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) proposal requirement in relate to capital financing/ capital investment structures/foreign ventures. Financial modeling, planning, -and analysis should be candidate’s bread and butter.-Accounting·
