Job Description

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities 

 

  • Work closely with the management, operations and project management teams to handle all things related to commercial finance
  • Develop and submit weekly project profitability report for all existing projects to management
  • Develop and submit monthly P&L report to management
  • Develop project cash flow and profitability analysis and contribute to commercial decision making
  • Assist management and operations team for financial forecasting, including but not limited to, cash flow, project budget and P&L on a bi-weekly basis
  • Work closely with the operation team for revenue planning and recognition
  • Lead and develop project quotations
  • Standardize quotation process and formats
  • Optimize pricing by analyzing competitive landscape and past projects
  • Support in annual budgeting activities

Job Requirements

DESIRED PROFILE  

We are looking for applicants with the following profile: 
 

 

  • Degree in Finance 
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience and must have direct experience in costing, financial planning and reporting
  • Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels 
  • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel, Email and Internet 
  • Able to work independently and highly meticulous.  
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skill
