Job & Company Description:
This Financial Analyst role is to oversee the finances of their various new incoming projects such as analyzing business valuations, debt/equity financing, mergers, acquisitions and divestments of projects and other complex finance activities while directly reporting to a foreign CFO.

Job Requirements
Education:
*MSc or MBA holders.
*CFA or CIMA candidates will be preferred.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
*Minimum of 3 years in progressive accounting & finance experience, preferably from venture capital & private equity firms as well as audit and accounting firms.
*Well-versed in financial analysis and modeling, strategic project planning, investor due-diligence, MA&D activities, corporate and financing structuring, and business/asset valuation
*Understand the IFRS process and procedures and ERP software system well.
