Lead and support budgeting,forecasting and target setting process including risk and opportunity assessments for each business unit.

Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies & regulations.

Oversee entire Buniess,day to day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff.

Support Business Unit Head with required business insight and analysis to improve business performance.

Direct and delegate work effords to team members,review quality and completion of work.

Contribute to special projects and assignments as requested by management to maintain,promote,develop and expand the business of the estate and its interests.

Assit & prepare Policies & Procedures,Guidlines,Standard Operation Procedures(SOP) for finance of the entity.

Raise the quality of current work together with team.

Perform financial analysis and provide weekly,monthly,quartely financial reporting for Management review.

Provide management with timely,accurate and insight financial analysis to monitor financial results,enable key strategic decision-making,

Work closely with the Finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines,

Providing guidance to CA when needed and can build rapport,team spirit.

Qualified with B.Com (or) ACCA (Part II)

CPA qualified will be more preferable.

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a company.

Solid knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and solid technical accounting skills.

Excellent presentation,communication and influencing skills.

Ability to communicate with senior management.

Strong analytical skills and experienced in handling large organization.

Thorough understanding of accounting standards including IFRS,Local codes and regulations.

High level of computer literacy,familitarity with accounting software.

Proficiency in MS office applications,specailly Excel,Powerpoint and word.
