-Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statement and reports in accordance with International Fiancial Reporting Standard of Myanamr Companies.
-Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the company are met including company status, DICA filing, audited accounts and tax reporting.
- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.
- Documents and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable & receivable, credit control, inventory control and petty cash in line with the company policies and procedures.
- Oversee regular reconciliation of bank, debtors and creditors.
- Review monthly financial and operational results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget.
- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy and best practices.

- Manage the accounting and bookkeeping function using the ERP system, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable & receivable and payroll.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is accurate, timely and secure.
- Assist the Finance Director with financial reporting as required at meeting with the management team and provide advice to support the decision making process.
- Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, process, etc.)
- Support development and implementation of standard accounting procedures to ensure effective operation of finance department, including prevention of misappropriations and fraud.
- Assist with training of new employees, including ERP training.
- Maintain a safe and clean work enviroment.
- Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
