Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Act as frontline life insurance sales staff in bank branch. — selling life and health insurance products either in-branch sales or at customer's location.
  • Conduct Financial Needs Analysis and identify customer's insurance needs; subsequently recommending life and health insurance products to best suit their needs.
  • Ensure sales targets are being met, while working closely with bank staff to optimize sales.
  • Build relationship and collaborate with bank staff to build a strong pipeline of insurance prospects/leads.
  • Work closely with the AIA's sales manager and bank staff to identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.
  • Work closely with AIA's sales manager and participate in joint visits to improve sales skills and drive performance.
  • Provide quality customer service and after-sales services to maintain customer relationships (servicing, claims, complaints, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to sales quality and compliance standards.
  • Prepare periodic reports to update sales manager on sales progress and opportunities for improvement in branches.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work in ( Yangon/Hmawbi/Thanlyin/Hlaing Thar Yar )
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, or in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of financial planning concepts and practices.
  • Sales and customer service-oriented mindset.
  • High-performer and target driven.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with excellent relationship building skills.
