- Checking GRN, Invoice, CER for every purchase items
- Fixed assets coding and tagging as per Fixed assets policy
- Maintain Fixed assets register with spreadsheet and accounting software
- Manage and control all activities regarding fixed assets unit level and group level
- Set up standardize FA register and related workflow for all units
- Set up Fixed assets module in EMR system.
- Physical FA taking annually and prepare reconciliation report
- Work together with Finance team regarding the fixed assets matter
- Monthly FA report to management
